Detail Surveys
(Topographic, Contour, Level Surveys)

  • Start your project with strong foundations with an accurate and reliable detail survey.
  • Requirement for certain Development Applications and Complying Development Certificates CDCs.
  • Architects and Drafts people will use this survey as the basis for your design.
  • Includes Boundary Investigation by Registered Surveyor.
  • Final deliverables include a PDF and CAD plan.

Identification Surveys

  • Survey investigation identifying position of land boundaries and easements in relation to buildings and fences
    upon the land.
  • Don’t rely on real estate drawings. Be informed and make sure you know what you are buying.
  • Final surveys required for occupation certificate confirming construction building or improvements are within
    approved design envelopes.
  • Final deliverables include a A4 sketch and letter of findings.

Boundary Marking

  • Boundary investigation by Registered Surveyor
  • Boundary position is marked according to your needs.
  • Plan provided showing marks placed in relation to boundary position.

Works as Executed or As Built Surveys

  • Surveys conducted to identify structures constructed against approved design.
  • Generally required for stormwater devices constructed.
  • Final deliverables include a markup of surveyed data against approved design.

Construction Survey

  • Start construction right with marks that make sense. We work with the builders to mark boundaries and grid
    lines that last throughout the project.
  • Final deliverables include marks on site with a plan showing marks placed in relation to design.
